The social communication campaign “E-ra digital – the consumer meets the web” designed and produced by the association, aims to raise consumer awareness of the risks of incorrect use of digital technologies and economic transactions made online.
The campaign, which involved the associations Adoc, Adusbef and Federconsumatori, was financed by the Ministry of Economic Development and aims to protect users, as consumers, from the risks arising from transactions made online.
The Ares 2.0 Association was responsible for the conception of the campaign, the production of multimedia materials, and the management of Facebook ads. The content of the campaign, which has been disseminated through the association’s social channels and through the web pages of the associations involved, aims to provide consumers with useful information and practical advice on how to make the best use of digital technologies and how to conduct online transactions safely.
In a context where the use of digital technologies and online transactions are becoming increasingly widespread, the “e-ra digital – consumer meets web” campaign is an important initiative to raise awareness of the risks of incorrect use of digital technologies and to provide consumers with the tools they need to use them safely.
